Director

Jeff Christian is an 15-time Emmy award winner and recipient of two national Edward R. Murrow awards for excellence in journalism. After two decades as a journalist, Jeff founded a successful production company serving clients including Amazon, Starbucks, Microsoft and Fender Guitars. His passion for storytelling shaped a distinguished television career at NBC News, MTV Networks, CBS News and newsrooms across the country. During that time, Jeff covered three Olympic Games, numerous presidential campaigns, two Super Bowls and the terrorist attacks in Paris. His latest documentary, Sludge, premiered at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, where it received critical acclaim and earned multiple awards, including honors for Best Documentary.

Producer

Tim Sullivan has an extensive background producing over 30 feature films. He began his career at Emmett/Furla films where he shepherded films, including Fire with Fire, End of Watch, Boss Level, the series Escape Plan and Heist. Tim has worked with filmmakers such as Stephen Frears, Peter Berg, Balthasar Kormakur as well as Martin Scorsese on his acclaimed films Silence and The Irishman. Given his proven track record in identifying, developing and producing commercially and critically successful films, Tim launched Cosmic Arena Productions in 2023. Tim is a member of the Producers Guild of America and Producer’s United.

Andrew Carlberg is a highly acclaimed producer known for his work in film, television, new media, Broadway and Los Angeles stage productions. He has received recognition from Variety as one of “Hollywood’s New Leaders” and has won Academy Awards and Emmys for his contributions to the industry. Carlberg’s notable credits include Academy Award-winning short film “Skin” and the Academy Award-nominated short film “Feeling Through”. He is also recognized for his work on “The Fallout” and “Sun Dogs,” among other productions. Carlberg’s expertise and leadership in the film industry have made him a prominent figure in Hollywood.

Executive Producer

Sarah Devens is a producer, business owner, and Board Member for the Raymond J. Christensen Foundation. Her career spans producing campaigns for icons like Prince and Alicia Keys, negotiating multi-million dollar corporate investments, storytelling lead for a top purpose-driven financial firm and patent holder. As Executive Director of the RJC Foundation, she provides structural support and grants to independent filmmakers. She believes that while professional rigor is the foundation, the most moving stories are those that bridge the distance between strangers and leave the viewer’s perspective transformed.

Executive Producer

After nearly 20 years in Medicine, Amanda Christian has championed independent and documentary filmmaking with huge ambition. Her latest film, Sludge, won several awards in the film festival circuit and spurred conversation and debate about the use of PFAS, aka forever chemicals, in agriculture. Amanda also became a published author in the medical journal, Transplantation and Cellular Therapy in February 2025. She uses her experience in medicine and sales to help create a positive impact across fields including medicine, environment, and journalism.

Executive Producer

Born in Des Moines, Iowa and based in Los Angeles, Erin Kintzer is a producer with deep roots in storytelling and a personal connection to the heart of local journalism. After spending five years at United Talent Agency, she launched her own company, where she champions musicians, screenwriters, and directors. Her commitment to telling stories that matter runs in the family: her father spent over five decades in local TV news, and as a result she grew up with a passion for being behind the camera.

Carlos Haynes is a documentary editor and producer who has worked across a range of projects for Netflix, Amazon, Paramount, Discovery and PBS. His credits include Elway, Eddie, Mountain Queen, Greatest Night in Pop, Superpower and Amend: The Fight for America. His work has garnered  a Peabody award, 2 NAACP Image awards, 2 Emmy awards, a PGA award, a Critics Choice Award, 7 total Emmy nominations, a Grammy nomination and a Cinema Eye Honors nomination.

Zaki Farooqui is an assistant editor currently working on long-form non-fiction features. Drawn to the emotional and investigative power of documentary filmmaking, every project is an opportunity to shape thoughtful narratives that connect audiences to new perspectives and lived experiences. Whether delivering for big studios or independent filmmakers, he is committed to finding the story's emotional core that resonates with the viewer long after they have seen it.

With over a decade of experience behind the camera, Alex Pollini’s work as a cinematographer has taken him from local neighborhoods to remote corners of the world. He’s been fortunate enough to have his work premiere at Sundance, SXSW, and Tribeca, as well as stream on every major platform. While the documentary genre is his foundation, he also lenses scripted projects, music videos, and commercials.

Composer

Joel Humlén is a Stockholm-based film composer, songwriter, and music producer who creates music that’s all about emotion. No matter the style, no matter the project. His compositions have won six international awards, including Best Original Score of the Year. He's composed pieces for Kill Your Friends (starring Nicholas Hoult and James Corden) and the acclaimed French drama Girlhood. He's worked with multi-platinum-selling artists including Thomas Stenström, Zara Larsson and Zucchero and has had pieces placed in Grey’s Anatomy, Scream Queens, and Netflix’s Let Go.
